Contract note: Agricultural products vary by season and lot. The approved sample, COA and Proforma Invoice govern final specifications, tolerances, testing scope, packing and documents.
Cleaning and optical sorting are applied where relevant to the commodity and contracted grade. Final purity and defect limits are confirmed in the approved lot specification.
Shape, broken and moisture testing is available through accredited laboratories; the applicable report is supplied as agreed in the Proforma Invoice.
Fumigation and phytosanitary paperwork is completed according to the destination country's import requirements.
The quotation identifies the standard shipment documents and any product- or destination-specific certificates. Independent inspection is included only when agreed in the contract.
