The Balap, Raigad unit supports rice cleaning, milling, optical sorting and packing with a published capacity of 250 MT per day. Variety, broken percentage, moisture, packing and testing requirements are recorded in the approved order specification.

Complete requirements are reviewed before a Proforma Invoice is prepared, including the applicable CIF/FOB breakdown.
Processing & Milling
Processing, grading, optical sorting and moisture controls are confirmed for the contracted product and documented during buyer due diligence.
Inspection and Testing
The agreed laboratory tests or pre-shipment inspection are arranged when required. Certificates are supplied according to the product, destination and contract.
Container and Port Handover
Container condition, stuffing plan, transport and port handover are coordinated against the confirmed booking.
Documents and Dispatch
The invoice, packing list, transport document, origin certificate and any product-specific documents are prepared as agreed.

Each order follows the testing and inspection scope agreed in the Proforma Invoice. Independent laboratory or pre-shipment inspection can be included, and reference-sample retention is confirmed per contract.
Documented Acceptance — Approved samples, tolerances and inspection scope are recorded before dispatch.
Shipment Documentation — Applicable registrations, origin records and export documents are supplied as agreed for the destination.
