Define moisture, test weight, protein basis, falling-number method if required, foreign matter, other grains, damaged, insect-bored and shrunken kernels.
Name the sampling standard, laboratory, test methods, tolerance rule, retained sample, rejection process and whether a pilot-milling trial is required.
Agree analysis, weight, origin, treatment, inspection and plant-health documents only after the importer verifies current destination requirements.

Contract note: Crop and lot variation is inherent to agricultural products. Tolerances, testing scope, packing and documents are finalised against the approved sample, COA and Proforma Invoice.
Screening, cleaning and sorting steps are selected for the contracted defect limits and verified through the agreed sampling and test method.
Contracted parameters such as protein, gluten and moisture can be verified through accredited laboratory testing, with reporting terms confirmed in the Proforma Invoice.
Where applicable, phytosanitary clearance and fumigation documentation accompany the shipment.
Invoice, packing list and transport document are standard. Origin, analysis, inspection, phytosanitary, fumigation or other certificates are included only when applicable and agreed before contracting.
