The exact process depends on the flour type and approved specification. A typical order follows these checkpoints before packing.
Wheat is screened and passed through magnetic separation and de-stoning to remove foreign material.
The cleaned wheat is conditioned for the selected milling method and flour type.
Milling and sifting separate the required flour fraction and bring it to the agreed fineness.
Moisture, ash, protein and other agreed parameters are checked or tested as stated in the order.
The approved net weight, PP or BOPP bag, artwork and shipping marks are checked before packing.
The packed lot and required documents are reviewed before loading and dispatch.
