We work on 30% Advance + 70% against Scan BL. For established clients, we accept 100% Irrevocable LC at sight from top-tier banks. First-time buyers are encouraged to use LC for added security on both sides.
Generally one 20ft FCL = 24–26 MT depending on product density. For high-value spices or pharma-grade products, we can arrange LCL shipments. Sample orders are welcome — tick the sample checkbox in the form above.
Yes. We actively encourage inspections by SGS, Bureau Veritas, or Cotecna at loading. The inspection covers quantity, quality grading, container condition, and lab sampling. Cost is typically USD 250–450 per container.
Yes. Full private-label packaging on PP woven, non-woven, or jute bags in any size from 1kg to 50kg. In-house design team. MOQ for custom print: 1 FCL. Lead time for new artwork: 2–3 weeks.
Standard: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin (APEDA), Phytosanitary Certificate, Fumigation Certificate, and Certificate of Analysis. Additional on request: SGS cert, health cert, embassy-legalised CoO, halal cert.
