Inquiry details are processed by our form-delivery provider, Web3Forms, and may be shared with authorized logistics, inspection, banking, or customs partners only when needed to prepare or perform an export contract. We apply data-minimization and access-control principles to inquiries from all markets, including the European Union.

Unconverted website inquiries are reviewed for deletion after 24 months. Contract, tax, customs, and payment records may be retained for the longer period required by applicable law.
