Unit-I
The Balap, Raigad unit processes white, parboiled and other rice varieties for export orders. The required variety, milling degree, broken percentage, moisture and packing are confirmed for each order.

Unit-II
The wheat line supports whole-wheat atta, maida and sooji for export orders. Wheat is cleaned and conditioned before milling; fineness, moisture, packing and required tests are confirmed with the buyer.

Managed storage, lot identification and pest-control protocols help protect contracted stock while it is prepared for dispatch.

Packing Options
Calibrated weighing and sealing support both buyer brands and bulk export formats. Packing configuration is confirmed against the contracted specification before production.

Logistics Coordination
Our export team coordinates transport, container planning, documentation and port handover so buyers have a clear operational contact from packing through dispatch.

Physical and cooking checks are completed before packing, with destination-specific laboratory analysis arranged when required.

Cooking Test
