Contract note: Because natural products vary by crop and lot, final specification, tolerance, testing scope, packing and documentation are confirmed in the approved sample, COA and Proforma Invoice.
Cleaning and optical sorting are applied where relevant to the commodity and contracted grade. Final purity and defect limits are confirmed in the approved lot specification.
Accredited laboratories can test type, size and broken on request, with the report format and scope confirmed in the Proforma Invoice.
Phytosanitary and fumigation certificates are obtained when the product and destination call for them.
The quotation identifies the standard shipment documents and any product- or destination-specific certificates. Independent inspection is included only when agreed in the contract.
