Contract note: Natural variation by crop and lot means the approved sample, COA and Proforma Invoice govern the final specification, tolerance, testing and packing terms.
The contracted sieve distribution is checked using the stated sieve sizes, retained/passing limits, sampling plan and test method.
Mesh, moisture and fat testing is available through accredited laboratories; the applicable report is supplied as agreed in the Proforma Invoice.
Fumigation and phytosanitary paperwork is completed according to the destination country's import requirements.
Invoice, packing list and transport document are standard. Origin, analysis, inspection, health or other certificates are included only when applicable and agreed before contracting.
