Contract note: Natural variation by crop and lot means the approved sample, COA and Proforma Invoice govern the final specification, tolerance, testing and packing terms.
Cleaning, sorting, dehulling, extraction or heat treatment is declared only as applicable to the selected product; the supplied lot is measured against the signed specification.
Contracted parameters such as protein, fiber and moisture can be verified through accredited laboratory testing, with reporting terms confirmed in the Proforma Invoice.
Where the destination requires it, fumigation and phytosanitary certification are arranged as part of the shipment.
Commercial and shipment documents are listed in the quotation. Regulatory certificates, COA and third-party inspection are included only when applicable and contracted.
