Payment Terms
At JFT Agro Overseas LLP, we adhere to strict international banking standards to ensure the safety of funds for both parties. Our accepted modes of payment are:
- Letter of Credit (LC): 100% Irrevocable, Confirmed LC at Sight from a prime bank.
- Telegraphic Transfer (TT): 30% Advance Payment at the time of order confirmation, and the balance 70% against the scanned copy of original shipping documents (Bill of Lading).
- Cash Against Documents (CAD): Available only for long-term partners with a proven credit history.
Fraud Alert
We never ask for payments into personal accounts. All transfers must be made to "JFT Agro Overseas LLP" accounts in HDFC Bank, India. Verify details via video call before transferring.
Shipping & Delivery
We operate under Incoterms 2020. Our standard delivery timelines are:
- FOB (Free On Board): Cargo handed over to the shipping line within 10-14 days of order confirmation.
- CIF (Cost, Insurance, Freight): We handle insurance and freight up to the destination port. Transit times vary by region (e.g., Middle East: 8-12 days, Europe: 25-30 days).
Demurrage Free Days: We negotiate 14-21 days of free detention time at the destination port to facilitate smooth customs clearance for our buyers.
Quality Guarantee
Quality is the cornerstone of our export house status. Our guarantee includes:
- Third-Party Inspection: We authorize SGS, Bureau Veritas, or Cotecna to inspect weight and quality at the time of loading.
- Lab Reports: Every container carries a Certificate of Analysis (COA) for moisture, broken percentage, and purity.
- Sample Retention: A sealed sample of every shipment is retained at our facility for 90 days for verification purposes.
Privacy Policy
We respect your business confidentiality. Data collected through our RFQ forms (Name, Email, Phone) is used strictly for:
- Generating Proforma Invoices and Export Documentation.
- Updating you on shipment status via WhatsApp/Email.
- We do not sell or share your data with third-party marketing agencies.
Dispute Resolution
In the unlikely event of a quality claim, the buyer must notify JFT Agro within 7 days of cargo arrival. Claims must be supported by a survey report from an independent agency (like SGS). All legal disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Mumbai Courts, India.
