Buyer security

Secure Your Purchase

Use this sequence before paying for any order. Each certificate, specification, inspection, bank instruction and shipment document must match the named legal entity and the signed contract.

Controlled buyer journey

From due diligence to document release

1. Verify the legal entity

Match the contracting name, registered address, tax/export registrations and authorised signatory to current original documents.

2. Approve product and sample

Record grade, tolerances, crop/origin, packing, label, destination requirements and the approved reference sample.

3. Agree the sales contract

Confirm quantity, price, currency, Incoterm, port, shipment window, inspection, document list, claims process and cancellation terms.

4. Verify payment instructions

Use bank details printed on the signed commercial document and reconfirm them independently before sending funds.

5. Inspect and prepare

Production, packing evidence and any independent inspection or laboratory scope follow the written contract—not a generic website promise.

6. Match shipment documents

Check commercial invoice, packing list, transport document, origin and product/destination certificates against the contract before release.
