Wheat Cleaning Process Involves

All our products (raw material & finished flour products) undergo proper testing in our own R&D laboratory before they are sent for milling, or delivery. This mantra has helped the company create a name for itself within a few years of its operation.

Magnetic Separator: The wheat first passes by a magnet that removes iron and steel particles.
Separator: Vibrating screens remove bits of wood & straw and almost anything too big & too small to be wheat.
De-Stoner: Using gravity, the machine separates the heavy material from the light to remove stones that may be the same size as wheat kernels
Disc Separator: This process basically rejects anything longer, shorter, more round, more angular or in any wat a different shape.
Scourer: It removes outer husks, crease dirt & any smaller impurities with an intense scouring action. Currents of air pull all the loosened material way.
