Ordering & MOQs

What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Generally, our MOQ for export is one 20ft container. However, for high-value spices or trial orders, we can discuss LCL (Less than Container Load) shipments or air freight options.
Can I request samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes, we provide free product samples (up to 1-2kg). The buyer is responsible for the international courier charges via DHL/FedEx. Sample costs are often adjusted in your first commercial invoice.

Payment & Documentation

What are your standard payment terms?
We typically work on: 1. 30% Advance and 70% against Scanned Shipping Documents, or 2. 100% Irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C) at Sight from a first-class international bank.
Which documents do you provide with the shipment?
Standard documents include: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, Phytosanitary Certificate, and Fumigation Certificate. Additional documents like SGS Inspection reports can be provided upon request.

Trade Glossary

FOB (Free On Board)

Seller delivers goods to the port; Buyer handles ocean freight and insurance.

CIF (Cost, Insurance, Freight)

Seller handles cost, insurance, and freight to the destination port.

Phytosanitary Certificate

Official document certifying that the plant products are free from pests and diseases.

HS Code

Harmonized System code used globally to classify traded products for customs.
